How to Apply

STEP 1: Click here to download application form

STEP 2: Complete all appropriate sections of the application form in CAPITAL/BLOCK LETTERS and attach the following:

Requirements for Kenyan Applicants ( Students)

  • Copies of certificates and all transcripts (Masters, Bachelors, Diplomas & Certificates.)
  • KCSE Certificate / Result slip and School leaving certificate
  • Two (2) recent passport size photographs (write your name on reverse side)
  • Copy of national ID/Passport or Birth Certificate

Requirements for international applicants (Students)

  • An official translation of academic records (where language of study is not English)
  • A current financial guarantee letter
  • A completed immigration pass form (2 forms enclosed)
  • Applicants with foreign qualifications are required to undertake Recognition, Equation and Verification of thier qualifications from
    Kenya National Qualifications Authority’s portal https://rev.knqa.go.ke or visit https://www.Knqa.go.ke
  • The Commission for University Education (CUE) undertakes recognition and equation of Diplomas, Degrees, Post-graduate Diplomas and
    Post-graduate Certificates conferred or awarded by Foreign Universities and Institutions. Visit https://www.cue.or.ke for more details.
  • A copy of travel Passport.

STEP 3: Make payment of Non-refundable application fee

  • Postgraduate – Kshs. 1,500/=
  • Undergraduate – Kshs.1,000/=
  • Diploma – Kshs.1000/=
  • Certificate - Kshs. 500/=

Payment can either be done through Mpesa Paybill or deposit in Bank
